Our team of trainers, coaches and supervisors comes under the professional direction of Sandra Wilson. We have 12 associates who work with us on a regular basis. These associates come from a wide and diverse range of backgrounds, however, all of them are trained and accredited coaches. We develop and maintain a collaborative partnership arrangement with our associates.
All of our associates are committed to the ICBC philosophy, values and way of engaging with clients.We have a rigorous assessment and selection process for our associates which enables us to offer coaches and trainers who are quality assured to our clients. Our associates are required to be in on-going supervision of their professional practice and to have professional indemnity insurance.
Sandra's successful consultancy experience is in working with large organisations. Specialising in the systemic introduction of coaching, coach training, and executive coaching, she works with individuals and teams to promote change, increase competence and improve performance in the workplace. She has a wide and diverse client base in both the public and private sectors and she works both nationally and internationally.
Richard is a long standing member of our Coaching & Supervision team. His wide business experience is supported by his Chartered Fellowship of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and a Postgraduate Non-Executive Director Diploma.
Fran is part of our Coaching team as well as being a mentor for participants on our Diploma Programme. Prior to working as a coach Fran worked in the public sector for over 20 years. Fran began her public sector work as a social worker, working in the community and latterly in training and workforce development.
Christine is a member of Coaching Team. She has worked as an Executive Coach since 2001, in a range of sectors- from FTSE corporate Finance to a not for profit homeless charity. Christine is an experienced Organisation Development Consultant with extensive experience of working in the public sector.
Ailbhe is part of our Coaching & Supervision team as well as a member of the teaching faculty. Ailbhe co-designed and co-delivers our Diploma in Team Coaching. She specialises in leadership development, strengthening resilience, coach training, one-to-one coaching, team coaching and coach supervision.
Kay is part of our Coaching & Supervision team as well as a member of the teaching faculty. Kay is an experienced coach and trainer with a strong background in all aspects of leadership, management and organisational change. Kay has experience of working in both the public and private sectors covering large corporate clients as well as medium and small businesses.
Jane is a member of our coaching and training support team. Jane is an expert in the field of internal coaching and has been instrumental in teaching managers the core skills of coaching. Jane has spent most of her working life in learning and development.
Jan is a long standing member of our Coaching team. A highly experienced executive and leadership coach for almost 20 years, Jan works with individuals and teams including chief executives, board members, senior directors, managers and leaders in large, complex organisations.
Karen is a member of our coaching team as well as part of our teaching faculty. She is an experienced coach and trainer, passionate about what she does, and enjoys working both nationally and internationally. She has extensive experience in management, training and wellbeing consultancy.
Liz is part of our Coaching & Supervision team as well as a member of the teaching faculty. She has been working in this field for over a decade. She is a highly qualified Coach, Supervisor and Mentor with a Diploma in Team Coaching and over 360 hours of training.
Lynda is part of our Coaching & Supervision team as well as a member of the teaching faculty. Lynda is an experienced coach, supervisor and trainer with over 25 years’ experience as a consultant. She works in the private and public sectors, working with organisations specifically to guide leadership development whether in a training or coaching context.
Elaine is the first point of contact with our clients and manages all aspects of the administration of our organisation. She has her finger on the pulse of our business and makes sure that day-to-day operations work smoothly.
