Diploma in Business Coaching

This programme, with 175 hours of learning, will teach coaching from a systems-psychodynamic perspective and offer a rich blend of practical skills development and robust psychological theory. It is designed to take participants beyond technique and help them to develop their unique signature presence as a coach.

The Diploma in Business Coaching programme is delivered in 9 two-day modules, and 3 x one day of supervision, and is designed for professionals who want to develop competence as coaches within a business context. Successful graduation from this programme will lead to a Diploma in Business Coaching.

In September 2020 we launched our online version of the programme, bringing together an international group of students on a virtual platform.

The programme has been accredited by the International Coach Federation at Accredited Coach Training Programme level.
