Coaching Cooperatives

We believe that a systemic approach to the introduction of coaching is imperative if it is to succeed and support the achievement of business goals. We understand, however, that the capacity of an individual organisation to fund a systemic approach is challenging in the face of competition for limited resources.

With this in mind, we have created an approach that integrates partnership working, efficiency savings and capacity building across organisational networks. The coaching cooperative is designed to give organisations a framework for working collaboratively with each other on the strategic implementation of coaching. At ICBC our role is to provide and develop that framework and to help organisations set up and run their own cooperatives.
