Sandra has worked nationally and internationally for many years as an executive coach. She has a background in human resource management and organisational development consultancy gained over 25 years. Her successful consultancy experience has been in working with large organisations specialising in corporate culture change.

In addition to her other qualifications Sandra is Certified Transactional Analysts with an organisational specialism. Sandra is amongst the handful of people in the UK who are specialists in this field. She is internationally endorsed to provide training and supervision in Transactional Analysis to qualification level.
